PTOV1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTOV1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,751 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTOV1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIM28, ZNF428, and TFPT. Each is linked with PTOV1 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTOV1-to-partner and partner-to-PTOV1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTOV1 versus TRIM28 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTOV1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTOV1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
