PTOV1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTOV1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,663 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTOV1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DHX9, PNKP, and CASP10. Each is linked with PTOV1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTOV1-to-partner and partner-to-PTOV1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTOV1 versus DHX9 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTOV1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTOV1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
