Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTOV1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,524 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTOV1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CPED1, EFEMP1, and GADD45A. Each is linked with PTOV1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTOV1-to-partner and partner-to-PTOV1 results are reported.
