Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTMS RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,700 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTMS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PTMS_S5, SAE1, and SMARCA5. Each is linked with PTMS in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTMS-to-partner and partner-to-PTMS results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTMS versus PTMS_S5 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTMS→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTMS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
