PTMS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTMS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 507 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTMS-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02104, DOC2B, and CYFIP1. Each is linked with PTMS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTMS-to-partner and partner-to-PTMS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC02104 grouped by PTMS-low versus PTMS-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTMS→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTMS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
