Across TCGA cell cohorts, PTMS RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,754 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTMS-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Trophectodermal cell differentiation, Protein depolymerization, and Plasmacytoid dendritic cell activation. Each is linked with PTMS in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTMS-to-partner and partner-to-PTMS results are reported.
