PTMAP3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTMAP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,687 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTMAP3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZNF638_S1401, POU2F1, and CD14. Each is linked with PTMAP3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTMAP3-to-partner and partner-to-PTMAP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTMAP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTMAP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
