PTK2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTK2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,343 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTK2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AGO2, SCRIB, and PYCR3. Each is linked with PTK2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTK2-to-partner and partner-to-PTK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTK2 versus AGO2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
