Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTK2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,322 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF623, ZNF7, and WASHC5. Each is linked with PTK2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTK2-to-partner and partner-to-PTK2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTK2 versus ZNF623 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
