Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTK2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,946 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are C22orf46, LIN52, and EMC1. Each is linked with PTK2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTK2-to-partner and partner-to-PTK2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C22orf46 grouped by PTK2-low versus PTK2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
