Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTK2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, PCNA, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with PTK2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTK2-to-partner and partner-to-PTK2 results are reported.
