PTK2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PTK2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,248 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PHF20L1, ZC3H3, and ZNF7. Each is linked with PTK2 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTK2-to-partner and partner-to-PTK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTK2 versus PHF20L1 in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
