Across TCGA cell cohorts, PTK2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Myeloma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZAN, TCF23, and KCNK10. Each is linked with PTK2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTK2-to-partner and partner-to-PTK2 results are reported.
