Across TCGA cell cohorts, PTK2 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 2,541 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KLHL32, VEPH1, and ESRP1. Each is linked with PTK2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTK2-to-partner and partner-to-PTK2 results are reported.
