PTHLH

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTHLH RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,002 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTHLH-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CTHRC1, PHLDB2, and C1R. Each is linked with PTHLH in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTHLH-to-partner and partner-to-PTHLH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTHLH versus CTHRC1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTHLH→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTHLH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
