Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTHLH protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,790 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTHLH-associated proteins across cancer lineages are REPIN1, S100A2, and SENP1_S117. Each is linked with PTHLH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTHLH-to-partner and partner-to-PTHLH results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTHLH versus REPIN1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.52.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTHLH→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTHLH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
