Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTHLH mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTHLH-associated genes across cancer lineages are Akt_pT308, 14-3-3_beta, and GSK-3_pS9. Each is linked with PTHLH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTHLH-to-partner and partner-to-PTHLH results are reported.
