PTHLH

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PTHLH RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,898 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTHLH-associated genes across cancer lineages are COL7A1, UCN2, and CD109. Each is linked with PTHLH in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTHLH-to-partner and partner-to-PTHLH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTHLH versus COL7A1 in OESOPHAGUS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.86.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTHLH→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTHLH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
