Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PTH2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PTH2 data layer compared with 18 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher PTH2 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PTH2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUSC, LIHC, and SKCM are the cancer types where PTH2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
