PTH2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTH2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,945 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTH2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Double-strand break repair via break-induced replication, G2/MI transition of meiotic cell cycle, and Positive regulation of cell cycle phase transition. Each is linked with PTH2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTH2-to-partner and partner-to-PTH2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Double-strand break repair via break-induced replication grouped by PTH2-low versus PTH2-high in HNSC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
