PTH2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTH2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR1185-1, RNU6-1124P, and RPS29P1. Each is linked with PTH2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTH2-to-partner and partner-to-PTH2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR1185-1 grouped by PTH2-low versus PTH2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
