PTH2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PTH2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 949 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are UCMA, OR4M2, and KCNC2. Each is linked with PTH2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTH2-to-partner and partner-to-PTH2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTH2 versus UCMA in CNS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
