Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PTH RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 233 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTH-associated genes across cancer lineages are TBX6, SLC20A2, and NRBP1. Each is linked with PTH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTH-to-partner and partner-to-PTH results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TBX6 grouped by PTH-low versus PTH-high in SOFT_TISSUE.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTH→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
