Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTGS1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,276 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTGS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are STAC, IFFO1, and ADAM12. Each is linked with PTGS1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTGS1-to-partner and partner-to-PTGS1 results are reported.
