PTGS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTGS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,591 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTGS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HAUS2, LSM12, and ZC3H14. Each is linked with PTGS1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTGS1-to-partner and partner-to-PTGS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HAUS2 grouped by PTGS1-low versus PTGS1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTGS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTGS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
