PTGS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PTGS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 923 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTGS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASB17, GRXCR2, and OR2D2. Each is linked with PTGS1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTGS1-to-partner and partner-to-PTGS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASB17 grouped by PTGS1-low versus PTGS1-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTGS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTGS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
