Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PTGR2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PTGR2 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher PTGR2 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PTGR2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUSC are the cancer types where PTGR2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
