Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PTGR2 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PTGR2 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC), where higher PTGR2 mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PTGR2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC and PDAC show a favorable association.

CCRCC, UCEC, and LSCC are the cancer types where PTGR2 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
