Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTGR2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,557 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTGR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NCAPH, GSTZ1, and CD86. Each is linked with PTGR2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTGR2-to-partner and partner-to-PTGR2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTGR2 versus NCAPH in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTGR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTGR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
