Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTGR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 107 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTGR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL32P14, RNA5SP524, and OR5D2P. Each is linked with PTGR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTGR2-to-partner and partner-to-PTGR2 results are reported.
