Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTGR2 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTGR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD4+ Tcm. Each is linked with PTGR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTGR2-to-partner and partner-to-PTGR2 results are reported.
