Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PTGR1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PTGR1 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher PTGR1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PTGR1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA are the cancer types where PTGR1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
