Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PTGR1 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PTGR1 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC), where higher PTGR1 mass-spec protein is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PTGR1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC and PDAC show a favorable association.
CCRCC, GBM, and LUAD are the cancer types where PTGR1 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
