Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTGIS RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,792 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTGIS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRELP, DCN, and EFEMP2. Each is linked with PTGIS in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTGIS-to-partner and partner-to-PTGIS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTGIS versus PRELP in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.
