Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTGIS mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTGIS-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, A-Raf_pS299, and p27_pT198. Each is linked with PTGIS in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTGIS-to-partner and partner-to-PTGIS results are reported.
