Across TCGA cell cohorts, PTGIS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTGIS-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAGEB4, KRTAP17-1, and MYH1. Each is linked with PTGIS in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTGIS-to-partner and partner-to-PTGIS results are reported.
