PTGIR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTGIR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,662 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTGIR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLAC9, PPM1F, and PRKG1. Each is linked with PTGIR in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTGIR-to-partner and partner-to-PTGIR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTGIR versus PLAC9 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTGIR→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTGIR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
