PTGIR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTGIR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 177 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTGIR-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01072, HIGD1AP9, and CTAG1A. Each is linked with PTGIR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTGIR-to-partner and partner-to-PTGIR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC01072 grouped by PTGIR-low versus PTGIR-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTGIR→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTGIR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
