Across TCGA cell cohorts, PTGIR RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,838 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTGIR-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cellular response to chemical stress, Synaptic vesicle endocytosis, and Cellular response to muramyl dipeptide. Each is linked with PTGIR in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTGIR-to-partner and partner-to-PTGIR results are reported.
