Across TCGA cell cohorts, PTGIR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTGIR-associated genes across cancer lineages are TGM7, CCDC42, and SERPINB12. Each is linked with PTGIR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTGIR-to-partner and partner-to-PTGIR results are reported.
