PTGFRN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTGFRN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,553 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTGFRN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ITGAV, CD276, and FKBP9. Each is linked with PTGFRN in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTGFRN-to-partner and partner-to-PTGFRN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTGFRN versus ITGAV in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTGFRN→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTGFRN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
