Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTGFRN protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,278 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTGFRN-associated genes across cancer lineages are COPZ2, FRMD6, and TAGLN. Each is linked with PTGFRN in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTGFRN-to-partner and partner-to-PTGFRN results are reported.
