PTGFRN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTGFRN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,856 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTGFRN-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMB6, MTFP1, and TLCD3A. Each is linked with PTGFRN in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTGFRN-to-partner and partner-to-PTGFRN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PSMB6 grouped by PTGFRN-low versus PTGFRN-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTGFRN→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTGFRN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
