PTGFRN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTGFRN mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTGFRN-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, mTOR_pS2448, and p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182. Each is linked with PTGFRN in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTGFRN-to-partner and partner-to-PTGFRN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by PTGFRN-low versus PTGFRN-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTGFRN→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTGFRN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
