Across TCGA cell cohorts, PTGFRN RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,896 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTGFRN-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Lacrimal gland development, Myoblast fusion involved in skeletal muscle regeneration, and Negative regulation of transforming growth factor beta production. Each is linked with PTGFRN in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTGFRN-to-partner and partner-to-PTGFRN results are reported.
