PTGFRN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PTGFRN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 295 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTGFRN-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBQLN3, MS4A14, and SPACA3. Each is linked with PTGFRN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTGFRN-to-partner and partner-to-PTGFRN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UBQLN3 grouped by PTGFRN-low versus PTGFRN-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTGFRN→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTGFRN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
