Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PTGFR Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PTGFR data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher PTGFR Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PTGFR expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.

BRCA, BLCA, and COAD are the cancer types where PTGFR Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
