Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTGFR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,334 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTGFR-associated genes across cancer lineages are DHDDS, DNAJC7, and MIR3681. Each is linked with PTGFR in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTGFR-to-partner and partner-to-PTGFR results are reported.
