The most reproducible PTGFR-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of cell-substrate junction organization, Regulation of cell-matrix adhesion, and Collagen fibril organization. Each is linked with PTGFR in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTGFR-to-partner and partner-to-PTGFR results are reported.
