Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PTGFR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTGFR-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRSS58, PNLIP, and OR2T35. Each is linked with PTGFR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTGFR-to-partner and partner-to-PTGFR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRSS58 grouped by PTGFR-low versus PTGFR-high in PANCREAS.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTGFR→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTGFR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
